ARCO/Murray National Construction is hiring a Project Manager for its Hospitality team in downtown Chicago. The role leads projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinates clients, designers, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, contracts, and site logistics, and manages performance and billing. Candidates need a BS in Engineering or a related field, 2–5 years of construction management or engineering design experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; hospitality or ground-up commercial project experience is preferred. The role offers a base salary of $84,000–$135,000 plus discretionary bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
