Balder is hiring a permanent Hotel Project Manager to manage construction and maintenance projects across its hotel portfolio from concept through completion. The role covers technical surveys, project planning, tender preparation, contractor procurement, budgeting, cost estimation, financial planning, invoice management, warranty follow-up, and collaboration with internal colleagues. Candidates need an academic degree in the field, at least five years of construction project management experience, Swedish language proficiency, and a Category B driving licence. The position is based at Balder’s Gothenburg head office, requires on-site work five days per week, and involves travel to other cities.
