Description
Bisplinghoff AG is hiring an HVAC Project Manager to independently manage and execute heating, ventilation, plumbing, and refrigeration building-services projects from technical and commercial control through client handover. The role covers cost, schedule, and quality control; coordination of teams and suppliers; budget and change-order management; client and stakeholder communication; construction meetings; and compliance with regulations and safety guidelines. Candidates need a degree in supply or building services engineering or a technician/master craftsman qualification with relevant experience, several years of HVAC project-management experience, knowledge of at least one trade, and experience managing large-scale sanitary, heating, or HVAC projects.
