Description
The Project Manager will represent Hill Mechanical Corporation in connection with construction projects, managing projects up to $5 million, coordinating customers and owners, estimating and bidding, negotiating with vendors, developing schedules and safety plans, processing field documents and change orders, monitoring costs and project metrics, and mentoring Project Engineers and interns. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant mechanical or construction field, 7–10 years of mechanical contractor experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and an OSHA 30-hour card; Bluebeam, Penta, OnBase, and additional safety certifications are advantageous. Compensation is $87,000–$115,000.
