Description
Mortenson is hiring a Project Manager I to lead complex construction and EPC projects, overseeing project financial health, contract negotiations, procurement, billing, subcontractor and supplier management, change orders, quality, schedules, safety, and team development. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant construction or engineering field or equivalent experience, at least six years of related experience, intermediate Microsoft Office and project application skills, construction-law knowledge, customer service ability, and a current driver's license. The position offers a base salary of $113,500-$170,300 with location-based adjustments and an incentive plan, plus health, retirement, paid leave, insurance, and other benefits. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
