Mortenson is hiring a Project Manager to lead project quality, timeliness, safety, financial management, budgeting, scheduling, change orders, contract management, and customer relationships while mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a current driver’s license, and the ability to work on project assignments in the North Carolina region. Two levels are available: Project Manager 1 requires six years of construction management or related experience and pays $113,500–$170,300; Project Manager 2 requires seven years of experience with large projects of $20 million or more and pays $132,100–$198,200.
