AIR Communities is hiring a Project Manager to oversee small-scale capital improvement and asset enhancement projects, including common area and unit renovations and smart home technology upgrades. The role manages project scopes, budgets, schedules, vendors, contracts, risks, and stakeholder communications; supports larger renovation programs; and travels approximately 25% to properties. The position is in-office five days per week in Bethesda, Maryland, with candidates also considered in Florida or Atlanta, Georgia. It requires at least one year of project management experience, offers a base salary of $75,000-$80,000, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
