itD is hiring a Project Manager I to own UX Research vendor engagements from intake through contract execution and invoicing. The role coordinates researchers, vendors, contract teams, approvers, and leadership; monitors project status, risks, and SLAs; maintains documentation and KPIs; and improves the intake-to-contract process. It is a remote U.S. position requiring CST or PST time zones, 4+ years of relevant project, procurement, vendor, or operations experience, a bachelor’s degree, and direct W2 employment; sponsorship is unavailable.
