Pepper Construction is hiring a Project Manager to own and complete a variety of construction projects from initial budget through closeout. The role covers project scoping, estimating, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, cost forecasting, safety, quality, client relationships, business development, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction engineering, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, at least five years of construction management experience, and experience in K-12, higher education, industrial, and senior living markets. The target salary is $100,940, with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, leave, and other benefits; Pepper does not sponsor work visas.
