Pepper Construction is hiring a Project Manager I to manage construction projects from initial budget through closeout, including estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, cost forecasting, safety planning, quality control, client and owner relationships, and project leadership. The role can handle single projects valued at $5 million to $20 million or multiple smaller projects, and also includes business development and mentoring responsibilities. A bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related technical area is preferred, and the position requires at least seven years of experience.
