Pepper Construction is hiring a Project Manager to own a variety of construction projects from initial budget through closeout, including safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, cost forecasting, client relationships, and project closeout. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, developing new business, and independently managing projects of $15 million or more. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction engineering, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, at least five years of construction management experience, and experience in K-12, higher education, industrial, and senior living markets.
