The role includes estimating, scheduling, supervising project activities, managing change orders, monitoring construction progress, preparing cost reports, handling contract financials, and maintaining client relationships. It is a mid-level, primarily on-site construction role with up to 25% travel and requires at least three years of construction project management experience; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
