Description
The Project Manager I manages internal and client-sponsored cell and gene therapy projects across process development, analytical development, technology transfer, GMP manufacturing, and process improvement. The role leads projects through initiation to closeout, coordinates cross-functional and external stakeholders, manages scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, financials, risks, and documentation, and ensures compliance with GMP, regulatory, quality, and company requirements. A bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline and at least two years of relevant project management experience are required; biotechnology, research and development, or technology transfer experience is preferred, along with PMP certification. The hiring range is $95,512–$112,361 per year, with health, vision, dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
