Indero is hiring a Project Manager II in a home-based, permanent full-time role in Romania to lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of Phase I–III clinical trials. The role manages sponsors, study teams, vendors, budgets exceeding $3 million USD, timelines, quality and risk, regulatory compliance, recruitment, and trial deliverables, with a focus on dermatology and rheumatology studies. Candidates need a related bachelor’s degree, at least five years of industry experience including three years in clinical trial project management, strong GCP/ICH and regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
