The role coordinates project design, permitting, construction, financial, quality, and safety performance, and mentors junior project team staff. Candidates need at least five years of relevant construction project management experience, a four-year degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or comparable relevant experience, and strong leadership, management, computer, and attention-to-detail skills; LEED AP or LEED Green Associate certification is preferred.
