Description
The Project Manager II independently manages standard construction projects from startup through closeout, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, documentation, communication, and client expectations. The role coordinates with superintendents, clients, owners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments; prepares project schedules, job-cost forecasts, change orders, risk mitigation plans, and closeout documentation; and manages multiple projects while maintaining profitability and predictable outcomes. The position requires a relevant technical degree and 1–3 years of CROM project management experience or 3 years of related project management experience, along with MS Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel 1–3 days per week.
