Description
The Project Manager oversees residential or commercial construction projects valued over $5 million but under $50 million from concept through final acceptance and warranty. The role manages client proposals, estimates, contracts, scheduling, costing, quality control, safety, subcontractor coordination, change orders, and project profitability, while supervising Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents. It requires 6–10 years of construction experience, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, and strong communication, leadership, organizational, and managerial skills.
