Description
PowerFlex is hiring a Project Manager II to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple renewable energy projects, including solar PV, battery energy storage, and EV charging. The role covers procurement, value engineering, permitting, contractor negotiation, construction management, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, risk management, client communication, and turnkey installation. It is a hybrid position based in Mountain View, San Diego, Los Angeles, or New York, with approximately 90% office work and occasional travel. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or experience, at least two years of commercial solar, storage, or EVSE construction experience, a valid driver's license, Procore knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills. Compensation is $114,300 to $139,700 annually, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and possible bonus benefits.
