SCG Fields, LLC is hiring a full-time Project Manager II to lead the internal planning, financial management, procurement, documentation, coordination, and closeout of construction projects. The role partners with construction managers, superintendents, estimators, trade partners, clients, owners, and general contractors; manages budgets, forecasts profitability, procures resources, administers change orders, maintains project records, and coordinates project meetings and closeout. It is a fully onsite position based at the Brecksville, Ohio office, with compensation of $70,000 to $90,000 and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
