Description
The Project Manager II, Construction Administration manages multiple core program projects independently with minimal supervision, overseeing schedules, budgets, costs, scope, construction developments, design submittals, change orders, contract compliance, funding amendments, reimbursements, and project closeout. The role also leads project meetings, reviews commissioning reports, supports process improvements, participates in capital planning and procurement committees, and delivers training and public outreach. It requires a bachelor’s degree, four to seven years of design, construction, or applicable experience, knowledge of construction administration and Massachusetts laws, and a hybrid schedule with at least two in-office days per week.
