The role manages and coordinates general construction and technical projects for an assigned county division, overseeing contractors, consultants, schedules, budgets, permits, inspections, quality control, change orders, and project acceptance. It also handles engineering and design support, bidding and contracting, public education, legal matters, and coordination with other agencies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience, with candidates without a degree needing four additional years of experience.
