Cielo is hiring a Project Manager II to lead small- to medium-scale RPO implementation projects for clients. The role manages project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, communications, stakeholder coordination, client relationships, and implementation stabilization, while supporting process and change-management activities. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related area, 3–5 years of project management experience, and general knowledge of recruitment and RPO; a bachelor’s degree and professional project management certification are preferred.
