The role coordinates project controls, consultant and construction agreements, schedules, budgets, risks, vendor contracts, quality control, closeout, and affiliate reporting, while managing external vendors and internal staff. The position is full-time, variable schedule, and pays $148,574.40 to $222,872.00 annually.
