Hadrian is hiring a Project Manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule for key programs and products in a high-mix new-product-development manufacturing environment. The role integrates program, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and operations timelines; develops and maintains schedules; tracks performance and risks; coordinates cross-functional reviews; and supports scheduling standards and automation. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant experience, demonstrated IMS development experience, scheduling methodology knowledge, and experience with scheduling tools and automations. The target salary is $160,000-$220,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible vacation, equity, and possible relocation support.
