Description
The role leads an established team of engineers and architects while managing construction projects, coordinating with clients and specialist engineers, supporting technical requirements, meeting deadlines, developing complex solutions, managing contracts and change requests, preparing cost estimates, and conducting performance reporting and employee meetings. The position requires a degree in construction engineering, architecture, or business engineering, professional experience in building design or planning, and familiarity with Microsoft applications and process-management tools such as MS Project.
