Vonovia is hiring a Project Manager in Heating Technology for Construction Project Management in Munich to lead the implementation and installation of heat pumps across its property portfolio. The role covers planning, budgeting, scheduling, tender coordination, subcontractor and logistics management, on-site inspections, defect rectification, change orders, KPI reporting, and risk management. Candidates should have a master craftsperson, technician, or building services engineering qualification, strong MS Office and SAP/RE skills, and experience in construction or project management; heating technology knowledge is desirable.
