Description

Brinkmann Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects across various industries, based in St. Louis. The role involves overall planning, directing, coordinating, and ensuring financial outcomes for large, $50+ million construction projects, as well as smaller projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include enforcing safety and quality standards, managing construction activities, supporting new business development, estimating project costs, preparing contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, and proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (i.e. civil, architectural or construction), construction management or related field.
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years project management experience in commercial construction.
Relevant experience supporting $50+ million projects from conception to completion
Prior conceptual estimating and bidding experience in commercial construction is required.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of construction principles/practices
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with computer applications including Procore, P6, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint.
Proven experience implementing safety protocols with a track record of successfully implementing and enforcing safety procedures on construction sites ensuring a secure work environment for project team.
