The role leads construction projects from shell construction through handover and final completion, coordinating the site, monitoring scheduling, safety, productivity, quality, and subcontractor performance, and acting as the client and engineering consultancy contact. It requires a degree in construction engineering, strong coordination and problem-solving skills, a proactive and flexible approach, and relevant experience is advantageous; French knowledge is an asset.
