Flix is hiring a Project Specialist to support the execution of complex expansion and infrastructure projects across Mexico. The role coordinates timelines, risks, stakeholders, dependencies, meeting minutes, trackers, dashboards, and reporting within the PMO, working across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate. It requires a bachelor’s degree, five years of project coordination or project management experience, critical path and risk management knowledge, advanced Excel and project management tools, and fluency in English and Spanish.
