Description
Techno is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead delivery of a major $800M+ waterfront infrastructure project in New York City. The role oversees marine, structural, geotechnical, heavy civil, and utility construction; coordinates owners, engineers, contractors, utilities, and regulatory agencies; manages contracts, schedules, budgets, risk, quality, and closeout; and leads the project management team. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, OSHA 30-Hour certification, and 10+ years of project or construction management experience, including 5+ years leading similar projects. The position is primarily on-site, may require evening, weekend, and local travel, and pays $80.00-$100.00 per hour.
