MODO is hiring a full-time Project Manager to manage relationships with 21 portfolio entities, primarily non-conventional and conventional banks. The role owns the entities and the team’s automation workstream, selling and implementing the product roadmap, advising on digital-wallet strategy, building automations and AI agents, standardizing onboarding, prioritizing by activation, conversion, and volume, and reporting progress to the Director of Integrations. Candidates need 4–5+ years of product experience, including at least 2 years in customer-facing or external-partner roles, plus experience with production automations or AI agents, corporate-client relationship management, data analysis, API or SDK integrations, and autonomy in building a service model.
