Ardurra is hiring a Project Manager to lead Intelligent Transportation Systems projects for municipal and transportation agency clients in Houston, Texas. The role manages project scope, schedule, budget, delivery, design, systems engineering, quality control, financial performance, client coordination, and multidisciplinary teams, while supporting proposals and business development. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, at least 10 years of transportation engineering experience focused on ITS and traffic operations, Texas Professional Engineer licensure or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity within six months, and experience with ITS, signal, and transportation technology projects. The position is open to remote applicants.
