Description
HPC-Industrial is hiring a Project Manager to lead and manage ultrasonic cleaning projects, serve as the primary customer contact, prepare work plans, proposals, cost estimates, schedules, change orders, and field directives, and support project profitability and compliance. The role manages employees and subcontractors, handles credit and collections, provides engineering and technical support, and enforces health and safety and regulatory requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or a related discipline is preferred, and candidates need at least five years of experience in industrial services, hydro blasting, or chemical cleaning, along with cost estimating, computer, customer management, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
