Description
The Project Manager IV 8061 will lead small-to-mid-size instrumentation and electrical capital projects at Lake Charles Refinery in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Responsibilities include assembling project teams, developing execution plans, managing FEL gate reviews and contracting, overseeing cost, schedule, procurement, billing, vendors, contractors, safety, quality, KPIs, risk management, and project closeout. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, at least 10 years of oil and gas or petrochemical project management experience, and at least 5 years of sole-project accountability; refining, professional engineering, PMP, and contractor-management experience are preferred. The position is a W2 contract with no benefits.
