Sutter Health is hiring a Project Manager to plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects and project portfolios supporting operational excellence, system integration, rapid improvement, and continuous improvement. The role develops work plans, communication and risk plans, workflow redesigns, metrics, and return-on-investment analyses; leads cross-functional teams and other project managers or coordinators; and escalates issues to project sponsors. The position requires a master’s degree in public health, hospital administration, or business administration, or equivalent experience, plus eight years of recent relevant experience and knowledge of healthcare quality improvement and process-improvement methodologies.
