RKH Gesundheit is hiring a Project Manager or Junior Project Manager for its Construction and Hospital Building Services department at RKH Regional Hospitals Holding and Services GmbH in Ludwigsburg or Bruchsal. The role manages hospital construction and refurbishment projects from initial design through turnkey handover, coordinating specialists, tenders, costs, quality, compliance, and reporting. The Junior Project Manager supports an experienced manager and develops into a Project Manager. Applicants need a degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate project management, or a comparable field; healthcare construction experience is ideal. The contract is permanent and full-time, with pay starting at EG 10 TVöD-VKA (Junior) or EG 12 TVöD-VKA (Project Manager) and additional public-service benefits.
