The position also supports business development, RFP and interview processes, scope and fee negotiations, and project information management. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or interior design, at least eight years of professional experience including five or more years as a project manager, proficiency with specified project-management and design software, and knowledge of building and zoning codes. The firm uses a four-day in-office work model with Fridays available for work elsewhere.
