Description
EPS Group is hiring a full-time Project Manager for K-12 land development in Mesa. The role leads civil design and project delivery for educational campuses, including client and resource management, proposals, contracts, schedules, budgets, permits, coordination with architects and landscape architects, quality assurance, and team leadership. The position requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license and at least 10 years of land development experience, with a significant portion focused on K-12 campus design. It may manage projects worth $500,000 to $1.8 million annually and up to 4–8 staff members, and includes occasional site visits, health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
