Atwell, LLC is hiring a Project Manager to lead full-cycle residential and commercial land development projects from proposal through closeout. The role oversees budgets, proposals, contracts, scopes, schedules, client relationships, engineering and permitting challenges, and multidisciplinary project teams. Candidates must hold a Professional Engineer license, have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, and bring at least eight years of experience in residential and/or commercial land development. The position offers a $95,000–$140,000 USD pay range and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
