The role leads design and project management across site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, entitlements, permitting, and construction support; coordinates agencies and consultants; manages scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships; mentors junior staff; and expands the firm’s regional land development presence. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field, a California Professional Engineer license, and at least 10 years of land development engineering and project management experience. It is a hybrid position with a typical base salary of $123,700 to $172,800 annually.
