Description
CAGE is hiring a Project Manager - Land Development to coordinate, lead, and supervise land development projects, including production documents, client management, internal team dynamics, project finances, contract negotiation, scope and schedule control, staff development, and customer service. The role requires a BS in Engineering, at least 7 years of professional experience, and a strong technical project-engineering background; PE certification is preferred but not required. The position is based in Asheville, North Carolina, and offers a full-time or part-time arrangement with compensation of $90,000 to $140,000 plus bonus opportunities and health, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
