CAGE is hiring a Project Manager - Land Development to coordinate, lead, and supervise land development projects, including production documents, client management, internal team dynamics, project finances, contract negotiation, scope and schedule control, staff development, and customer service. The role typically reports to the Director of Operations and requires a BS in Engineering, 7+ years of professional experience, and a strong project-engineering background; PE certification is preferred but not required. The position is full-time or part-time in Chicago, Illinois, with compensation of $90,000-$140,000 plus bonus opportunities and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
