The role manages operational project execution, stakeholders, costs, deadlines, quality, risks, changes, claims, meetings, reporting, and documentation while coordinating with clients, planning offices, construction partners, and other project stakeholders. Candidates need a completed degree in a relevant field, several years of project management or project controlling experience, knowledge of construction project processes and regulations such as AHO, HOAI, and VOB, strong German skills, and willingness to travel for client appointments.
