Description
ELB Learning is hiring a remote, full-time Project Manager to lead LXT custom development projects from kickoff through final delivery. The role owns project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, reporting, client communication, scope changes, quality gates, and closeout while coordinating instructional design, creative, development, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of project management experience including client-facing delivery, and experience managing multiple concurrent projects. The salary is $75,000–$85,000 annually, with approximately 25% travel.
