Description
The Project Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end projects for launching new operations, relocations, expansions, or site closures in Spain and Portugal. The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders; plans milestones and dependencies; manages scope, budget, timelines, resources, and deliverables; oversees infrastructure, equipment, and service requirements; and supports operations until they are stable. The position requires at least five years of relevant project management, operations setup, or operational transformation experience, knowledge of industrial or logistics operations, C1 English, stakeholder coordination, and availability to travel and work on-site at facilities when required. The role is on-site/hybrid, with greater on-site presence during project phases requiring it.
