Description
The Project Manager will independently manage interior construction and general contractor projects from commissioning through final handover, overseeing schedules, costs, quality, resources, tenders, contracts, claims, and stakeholder coordination. The role serves as the primary customer contact, supports project closeout, and contributes to customer retention and follow-on business. Candidates need technical construction education, several years of relevant project management experience, commercial and contract knowledge, strong German and English skills, and a Class B driver's license. The position is full-time in Vienna or Amstetten and offers a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4,000.00.
