Drees & Sommer is hiring a Project Manager to oversee on-site construction supervision for one or more construction sites in performance phase 8, with a focus on electrical and control systems in KG 400. The role leads project teams, coordinates ELT trades, monitors schedules, budgets, quality, costs, claims, and change management, and serves as an interface with external stakeholders. Candidates need a relevant degree or comparable qualification, several years of construction or property-supervision experience, technical leadership experience, knowledge of VOB and relevant standards, and willingness to work on-site, with mobile working as an option.
