Drees & Sommer is hiring a Project Manager to supervise one or more construction sites in service phase 8, focusing on electrical and control technology within KG400. The role leads project teams, coordinates electrical and lighting/ELT trades, manages quality, cost, schedule, budgets, changes, and stakeholder interfaces, and contributes to bid preparation. Candidates need an electrical engineering, building services engineering, or comparable qualification, several years of relevant construction or property-supervision experience, technical leadership experience, knowledge of VOB and relevant standards, and willingness to work on-site, with mobile working available.
