The client is hiring a Project Manager for civil engineering or pipeline construction in Osnabrück. The role independently manages, organizes, and controls construction projects; coordinates clients, subcontractors, and suppliers; prepares cost estimates, bids, and contracts; monitors construction execution; negotiates change orders; and documents construction measures. Candidates need an engineering degree or comparable qualification, several years of construction and project experience, knowledge of MS Office and MS Project, basic English, and a class B driver’s license.
