The role leads water and wastewater treatment projects from tender through realization, commissioning, and acceptance; coordinates technical, commercial, schedule, customer, supplier, planner, and subcontractor activities; develops process engineering solutions; and manages existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. Candidates need a relevant degree, several years of plant engineering experience, knowledge of industrial water and wastewater treatment, documented project leadership experience, strong communication skills, entrepreneurial initiative, and willingness to travel.
